Game Center will not connect

  1. Open Apple Settings and confirm you are signed in to Game Center.
  2. Close and reopen Maze Bomber.
  3. Make sure both players have the same Maze Bomber version.

A private party will not start

  1. Both players should enter the same four-character party code.
  2. Each player should tap Ready.
  3. Once everyone is ready, the party host starts the match.

Performance, heat, or a crash

Pause between long Storm Isles sessions if your device becomes hot. When reporting a problem, include your device, the map and game mode, what was happening, and the steps that reproduce it.

The in-game Privacy & Support screen can create a diagnostic report. Review it and choose where to share it; nothing is sent automatically.
